Details

SIGA is a system that encompasses several digital touch points of a complete and new queue system to be used by the entire administrative services of a Portuguese University.

The tickets themselves, the digital touch-points where they are taken, either in person on a tablet or via the University's own mobile app, the TV interfaces and the back-office to manage the entire service were designed from scratch.
